VOLLEY VIDEO GUIDELINES

STEP 1 - RECORD YOUR VOLLEY

What to Record

We want to see your volleys tested in a medium- to fast-paced, relatively challenging rally from mid service box.

For this analysis, weโ€™re looking to observe your natural volleys under light match-style pressure, rather than too defensive or reactive shots. Focus on rallies that let you demonstrate your usual technique, timing, and footwork.

Please refer to the demo videos on this page for clarity on rally speed and ball quality.

Record a total of around 15 volleys.

STEP 2 - CAMERA POSITIONING

How to Record Your Volleys

Place your camera at the side of the court, in line with the position you are volleying from (mid-service box recommended). Position the camera on the same side as your volley (e.g., right side for a forehand volley). Make sure your full body and racket movements are visible, including wide swings.

Optional: You can also record a second clip from the opposite side of the court to show your shot preparation and follow-through from a different angle.

See the demo video for clarity.

STEP 3 - SUBMIT YOUR VIDEO

You will receive instructions on how to submit your video once you have completed your booking.
