BACKHAND VIDEO GUIDELINES

STEP 1 - RECORD YOUR BACKHAND

What to Record

We want to see your backhand tested in a medium- to fast-paced, relatively challenging cross-court rally from the baseline.

For this analysis, weโ€™re looking to observe your natural backhand under light match-style pressure, rather than defensive or reactive shots. Focus on rallies that let you demonstrate your usual technique, timing, and footwork.

Please refer to the demo videos on this page for clarity on rally speed and ball quality.

Record a total of around 15 backhands.

STEP 2 - CAMERA POSITIONING

How to Record Your Backhand

Place your camera at the side of the court, aligned with the baseline on your backhand side.

Ensure your full body, racket, swing path and contact point are clearly visible, including wide backhand movements.

Optional: Record a second angle from near the net to show preparation and follow-through.

See the demo video for clarity.

STEP 3 - SUBMIT YOUR VIDEO

You will receive instructions on how to submit your video once you have completed your booking.
